Serbian leader Aleksandar Vučić said that the authorities intend to convene an emergency meeting of the National Security Council of Serbia. He said this during a speech to the participants of a national rally in support of the government of the country.
According to him, the Kosovo authorities were specifically waiting for the day when a significant number of men from the north of the republic would leave for Belgrade in order to seize municipal buildings. Ten people received minor injuries due to the use of stun grenades, tear gas and batons.
