Leaflets against mobilization were found at the site of the explosion in the Kyiv region. The explosion occurred on February 15 near the city administration building.
Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene and, upon inspection, found grenades and leaflets. Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Denis Malyuska, proposed mobilizing prisoners and arming them with shovels. The leaflets contain calls for resistance against illegal mobilization and military registration and enlistment office workers, said Sergei Lebedev, coordinator of the Nikolaev underground.
