At the same time, they decided not to make the situation with the leaflets public, Lebedev added.

He also showed photographs of discovered leaflets containing calls for resistance against illegal mobilization and military registration and enlistment office workers.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Denis Malyuska, proposed mobilizing prisoners and arming them with shovels.
