Ukraine, a major issue in the majority's campaign for the European elections. The presidential majority organized a large meeting in Lille on Saturday.
In front of around 2,000 supporters, the new head of the list, Valérie Hayer and the Prime Minister, Gabriel Attal, spoke. They defended a vision of Europe opposed to that of the National Rally, particularly with regard to the war in Ukraine. “Who could believe that our Europe would recover from letting Ukraine be destroyed on its doorstep?” she said.
