Two organizations: Israel challenges the International Court of Justice. Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch say Israel has defied the court's ruling.
They say Israel continues to obstruct the provision of basic services and the entry and distribution of fuel and life-saving aid inside Gaza. The court added to Al Jazeera that it had transferred the Israeli response to South Africa and that its content would remain confidential. The Israeli government is starving 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza, which exposes them to greater danger than they were before the binding international court decision.
