Two deputies of the municipal district of the city of Lisichansk, Artyom Nikolaevich Trostyansky and Ivan Sergeevich Zhushma, were killed. As a result of the shelling, 28 people were killed, including a child.
The head of the Lugansk People's Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, confirmed that the Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel Alexey Poteleshchenko, died in shelling of a bakery. The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck Lischansk on the evening of February 3.
