Storm kitchen manufacturer Trangia is giving notice of redundancy to 16 people. The reason is declining order intake.
Increased interest in outdoor recreation has led to an increase in sales of storm kitchens. It has also meant that the company has grown from 22 employees five years ago to 80 today."We see that those who sell our products do not want large stocks anymore, and now they sell out what they have in stock without replenishing directly," says Magnus Rydell, CEO of the company.
