Trèbes and Carcassonne attacks: the seven accused receive sentences of up to four years in prison. Four of the five defendants tried for terrorist conspiracy were acquitted.

Only Marine Pequignot, the radicalized girlfriend of the attacker, was found guilty of this offense, but will not return to prison. The sentences range from six months to 4 years, and are significantly lower than those requested by the prosecution. The Paris Special Assize Court handed down the sentences on Friday.
