The City Council of Torrelodones has refused to qualify as a woman the candidate for local police. The candidate presented herself to the physical tests with a notarial act in which she stated that she felt woman.
The next test is that of knowledge and will be carried out when the allegations by the physical evidence are finished. The legal effects that would be granted to this man after the change of the registration mention of sex would still not be applicable, given that the three months required by the norm have not passed.
