Since mid-April, more than 30 searchlights have been stolen in the Uppsala area. The Volvo V70 and XC70 car models are the target, according to police.
One of those affected is Erika Dawson – hear her tell more in the clip above. The thefts have been carried out at night, but now in May, it has, a few times, also happened during the day. The perpetrators have probably figured out that it is quite easy to change the headlights on these cars, police say.
