Iker Samaniego Galarza's body was found with lacerations to the neck and a blow to the forehead. The Spanish citizen had been living with a Colombian woman, with whom, apparently, he had a strong altercation last Sunday.
The last time neighbors saw him was on Monday afternoon when he was drinking liquor at the door of his house. He turned 34 on Wednesday and was originally from the city of Vitoria, in the southern part of the Colombian Caribbean.
