Jeffrey Epstein committed many crimes against underage girls for many years. Epstein's influence over justice prevailed, as his lawyers were able to make a deal known at the time as the "Deal of the Century", according to which he escaped from a life sentence.
Epstein was found hanged in his cell on August 10, 2022, after those close to him abandoned him and he was awaiting court’s ruling on charges related to sexual assault on girls. We believe survivors have enough certainty that the work will see the light, especially in light of the difficulty they faced in obtaining testimonies from victims.
