Three parties choose to send people other than the party leaders: the Sweden Democrats, the Christian Democrats and the Moderates. The Christian Democrats do not state why party leader Ebba Busch refrains from participating, but writes the following to SVT: "Jakob Forssmed will speak for the Christian Dems" The Moderates refer to foreign policy: "We see it as an opportunity to front our group leader instead"
