[HIGHLIGHTS] The Two Sessions are authorized to release | Report of the Proposal Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on the review of proposals for the Second Session of the 14th CPPCC

As of 20:00 on March 5, a total of 5,898 proposals have been received. After review, 5,006 cases were filed, 160 cases were consolidated, and 732 cases were turned into opinions and suggestions.

A total of 1,860 members submitted proposals. Overall, the quality of proposals has been further improved. Proposals received after the deadline for proposals of this conference will be reviewed and processed in a timely manner as ordinary proposals. The proposals for this meeting have the following characteristics: First, the proposers conscientiously implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on strengthening and improving the work of the CPPCC.
