Train with French military equipment proceeded to BiH via Switzerland. This was announced by the Swiss Federal Council.
Swiss government noted that no special permission was required for such transit. Earlier, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the issue of increasing the supply of ammunition, drones and air defense systems to Ukraine. Also, Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer said that Austria will remain a neutral state militarily, despite the increase in the defense budget. The train with military equipment of the French army proceeded to Bosnia and Herzegovina through the territory of Switzerland.
