The State Duma will consider the possibility of abandoning paper receipts for utilities. The bill was prepared by colleagues from the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory.
Previously, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, founder of the National Parental Committee, Irina Volynets, proposed exempting large families from paying for utilities, defining a social standard in square meters for each resident. It is part of the general trend of the state towards creating digital services that simplify people’s lives.
