“We are waiting for the consideration of this useful bill, which was prepared by colleagues from the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory in June, at the site of our State Duma committee on construction and housing and communal services,” explained RT’s interlocutor.

In his opinion, the bill should be supported; it really simplifies interaction for residential property owners and managers and/or resource supply organizations.

“After all, they often do not live in the apartments that belong to them, and receipts accumulate in the mailbox. It would seem like a small thing, but the volume of overdue debt is growing, and people sometimes pay penalties in vain,” he said.

As Yakubovsky added, resolving such issues within the framework of legislative work “keeps pace” with the general trend of the state towards creating digital services that simplify people’s lives and speed up communication between the state, citizens and business.

Previously, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, founder of the National Parental Committee, Irina Volynets, proposed exempting large families from paying for utilities, defining a social standard in square meters for each resident.
