The State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs supports the idea of transferring unspent Pushkin cards to the next year. Chairman of the committee, Yaroslav Nilov, says the idea can be extended to all users of Pushkin Cards.
He says that a reasonable period should be established during which the funds can be used. Nilov: "If you don’t deal with children, then children will start themselves. And then we will record a decrease in the drinking age"
