The State Duma proposed to provide cars for disabled combatants. Copies of the explanatory note and the draft law sent to the government to obtain an official opinion are at RT’s disposal.
The bill proposes to ensure current and major repairs of vehicles provided to disabled war veterans, as well as to pay the costs of fuels and lubricants. Earlier, a bill was introduced with a proposal to establish a memorable date at the state level on July 1 - Combat Veterans Day. It is also assumed that the vehicle can be used to carry out business activities on its own transport.
