The State Duma proposed simplifying the purchase of housing for capital in small settlements. A copy of the letter addressed to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin is at RT’s disposal.
In the appeal, the legislator noted that maternity capital funds can only be spent after three years from the date of birth of the child. The deputy added that under current conditions, families in sparsely populated areas are forced to wait three years without being able to improve their living conditions. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, by his decree, consolidated the status of large families.
