State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev proposed closing access to specialized alcohol markets and alcohol sections of stores for persons under 18 years of age. A copy of the letter addressed to the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov is at RT’s disposal.
“As part of the further implementation of the state policy to reduce the consumption of alcoholic beverages, I ask you to evaluate the proposal on the need to amend regulations,” the text of the appeal says.
