[HIGHLIGHTS] The State Duma proposed allowing military parents to take leave at the same time as them

State Duma deputy Yana Lantratova proposed giving parents the right to go on leave at the same time as their children serving in military service. A copy of the letter addressed to the head of the Ministry of Labor Anton Kotyakov is at RT’s disposal.

In the appeal, the legislator noted that today the federal law “On the Status of Military Personnel” establishes that spouses of military personnel are granted leave at their request simultaneously with the leave ofMilitary personnel.
