The State Duma adopted in the first reading a draft on fines for disembarking disabled people from transport. It is proposed to introduce the corresponding changes into Article 11.33 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences.
Currently, the article establishes fines for the forced disembarkation from public transport of a minor under the age of 16 who has not confirmed payment for travel or the right to free or discounted travel. The fine for drivers is 5 thousand rubles, and for officials - from 20 thousand to 30 thousand Rubles.
