TASS reports about this.

It is proposed to introduce the corresponding changes into Article 11.33 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences.

Currently, the article establishes fines for the forced disembarkation from public transport of a minor under the age of 16 who has not confirmed payment for travel or the right to free or discounted travel.

The fine for drivers is 5 thousand rubles, and for officials - from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles.

The new bill proposes to extend similar sanctions to cases of forced disembarkation of group I disabled people.

In March 2022, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs, Mikhail Terentyev, commented on the proposal to prohibit the removal from transport of group I disabled people who had forgotten the relevant documents at home.
