The State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine has completed an investigation into the treason case against former President Petro Poroshenko. Poroshenko’s defense has now gained access to the materials of the pre-trial investigation.
After familiarization, the SBI must send the indictment against Poroshenko to the court. Earlier, Poroshenko filed a lawsuit against the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada and border guards for not allowing him to go on a business trip abroad. He is accused of treason.
