The Russian Ministry of Labor has prepared a bill that proposes to tighten the requirements for foreign labor migrants. The new requirements provide for the introduction of a special document confirming the right of a migrant to temporary work in Russia.
It is clarified that this implies that the migrant will be required to work only in a given profile and will exclude the possibility for a foreign worker to change his occupation at will. The ministry emphasized that those who try to change their type of activity without permission will be deported. Earlier, the vice-president of the club of young entrepreneurs of Rosmolodezh, a member of the State Duma expert council on youth policy, spoke about new trends in the labor market.
