The Russian government ordered from May 1 to increase by 6.3% tariffs for the transmission of electricity through the unified national electric grid (UNEG) The relevant tariffs will be valid until December 31, 2023. The tariff change is associated with the implementation of a large-scale investment program in the grid complex.

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia stressed that citizens will not be affected by this change. Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services said that in order to save on utility bills, you can refuse unused services.
