As stated by RIA Novosti in the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia, the tariff change is associated with the implementation of a large-scale investment program in the grid complex.
At the same time, the FAS stressed that citizens will not be affected by this change.
Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services Svetlana Razvorotneva, in an interview with Moscow 24, said that in order to save on utility bills, you can refuse unused services.
According to her, it is necessary to turn off electrical appliances from outlets when they are not working, since the devices still consume energy.
It is also recommended to buy devices of a higher energy efficiency class.
