Russia is ready to immediately launch an ammonia pipeline along the Togliatti-Odessa route. Kiev has been slowing down this for almost a year, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said that the supply of Russian ammonia fertilizers would make it possible to produce food for 200 million people. The U.S. said that Ukraine would agree to continue the transit of ammonia from Russia only if the grain deal was expanded in the interests of Kiev.
