The labor shortage in Ukraine during the armed conflict reached catastrophic proportions. This was announced by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development Dmitry Natalukha.
Many Ukrainians left the country, and many also went to the front or are undergoing rehabilitation in hospitals. Meanwhile, Ukrainian refugees are trying to find employment in other European countries, including Germany. Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called on employers to speed up the hiring process. The Rada announced a catastrophic shortage of workers in Ukraine.
