In an interview with the Ukrinform agency, Natalukha noted that a situation similar to the current one has never happened before in the history of Ukraine.

“In terms of personnel, this is a disaster, we have a huge shortage of labor in certain specialties in production, this has never happened before,” Natalukha said.

Speaking about the reasons for such an acute shortage of workers, the agency’s interlocutor explained that many Ukrainians left the country, and many also went to the front or are undergoing rehabilitation in hospitals.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian refugees are trying to find employment in other European countries, including Germany. Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called on employers to speed up the hiring process.
