The Prosecutor General's Office of Moldova intends to send to court a criminal case in which the head of Gagauzia, Evgenia Gutsul, appears. Acting Prosecutor General Ion Munteanu made this statement on air on the Journal TV channel, but did not specify the details.
“Sufficient evidence has been collected that Hutsul was involved in illegal actions,” TASS quotes him as saying. President Maia Sandu claimed that she does not plan to sign a decree appointing the head as a member of the government.
