[HIGHLIGHTS] The PP wins in the Balearic Islands, adds with Vox the absolute majority and marks the end of the 'Armengol era'

The PP has improved today at the polls even the best forecasts outlined by the polls and has become the most voted force in the archipelago. The PSOE of Francina Armengol has harvested 17 seats for the 19 it obtained in 2019.

El Pi, a party that aspired to play the role of hinge, will be left out of the Chamber by not passing the cut of 5% of the votes per constituency. In Palma, the PP becomes the main force and adds an absolute majority with Vox. In Ibiza, the popular formation will not need an alliance with another party.
