The parents of two children who were barefoot and alone on the street and tested positive for cocaine were arrested in Soria. The events occurred last Sunday afternoon when a couple walking down a street in the center of Soria encountered two minors, a boy and a girl, young and in a situation of lack of protection.
The parents were placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court, on guard duty, of this capital. The court has decreed the release of the parents and the guardianship of the two brothers to the Junta de Castilla y León.
