The owner of Crocus City Hall, Araz Agalarov, announced the death of a concert hall security guard as a result of a terrorist attack. “A terrible tragedy occurred and it has already been said that nothing like this has happened in the last 20 years,” he said.
The terrorists entered the hall through the window of the neighboring exhibition center and opened chaotic fire. According to the Russian Investigative Committee, the death toll has increased to 133. There are 29 names on the list.
