“A terrible tragedy occurred and it has already been said that nothing like this has happened in the last 20 years,” Agalarov told RBC.

He clarified that the terrorists entered the hall through the window of the neighboring exhibition center and opened chaotic fire.

“They started shooting at everything they saw. For all the people, for the guards. One guard is killed, the second is wounded. They're not even security guards. We call them controllers,” said Agalarov.

According to the Russian Investigative Committee, the death toll as a result of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall has increased to 133.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations updated the data on the dead. There are 29 names on the list.
