Russian Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova, said that Ukrainian special services are recruiting teenagers to involve them in criminal activities on Russian territory. She stated this today at a meeting of the parliamentary commission to investigate criminal acts against minors by the Kyiv regime.

“The Kiev regime harasses children with calls and messages in order to take advantage of their gullibility to cause harm,” said the children’s ombudsman. The Children's Ombudsman noted that there have been cases of calls to children for the purpose of allegedly checking the serviceability of the gas stove.
