She stated this today at a meeting of the parliamentary commission to investigate criminal acts against minors by the Kyiv regime.

“The Kiev regime harasses children with calls and messages in order to take advantage of their gullibility to cause harm. For example, they post advertisements on the Internet for quick money, with the help of which they look for perpetrators of dangerous acts, such as arson of military registration and enlistment offices, police stations, relay cabinets and other important objects,” said the children’s ombudsman.

At the same time, according to her, the Ukrainian special services use deception and forgery for this, sending forged documents of law enforcement officers.

Lvova-Belova also said that a system of recruiting schoolchildren through social networks for the purpose of espionage was discovered in Sevastopol.

“Children were offered money and manipulated to obtain information. It has been established that minors born in 2008 and 2009 transferred information about the location of military installations to the Ukrainian side,” she said.

The Children's Ombudsman noted that there have been cases of calls to children for the purpose of allegedly checking the serviceability of the gas stove; minors are asked to turn on the burners, which can lead to an explosion.

“There is evidence that Ukraine uses the Internet to involve children in games that can lead to death,” she added.

Earlier, Lvova-Belova spoke about the persecution of foster families by Ukraine.
