The Israeli army said it was conducting combing operations in Nablus. Unknown assailants opened fire from inside a car at a settler and fled the area.
The car of the settler injured in the attack was hit by 12 bullets. According to the Palestinian news agency Safa, the occupation forces deployed in the area, forced the owners of shops in Huwara to close them, and reinforced their presence in search of the perpetrator of the attack. Meanwhile, they raided the Bir Quza area in the town of Beita.
