The National Court will investigate the contacts between the Interior and the environment of ETA lawyers. The Data Protection Agency investigates the Interior for leaking information on victims of terrorism to the ETA environment.
In these contacts, the network close to ETA also received confidential information about the steps that ETA victims planned to take regarding the movements of prisoners. Judge Manuel García Castellón admits the request of Dignity and Justice to reopen this case considering that there is novel investigative material that affects those investigated.
