The National Court orders the arrest and imprisonment of a son of Obiang and senior officials from Guinea. The judge of the National Court Francisco de Jorge has issued European and international arrest warrants and imprisonment against Carmelo Ovono Obiang, son of Teodoro Obiang.
The decision affects the director of the Presidency Security, Isaac Nguema, and the Minister of State, Nicolás Obama, against whom the complaint that gave rise to the procedure, born in 2020, for the alleged kidnapping and torture of four opponents.
