Norrköping municipality has failed in its efforts to find employment for students from special needs upper-secondary school. With only a few weeks left until graduation, there are still several who do not have a place at their future job.
For many, the student means an endless freedom with thousands of choices. But this is not the case for high school students with intellectual disabilities. They are limited to the job that the municipality can arrange for them."We are very sorry for this and are sincerely sorry that this has happened," says Malin Engström, head of public authority.
