Rescuers from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations are evacuating residents from a flood risk zone in Orsk. As TASS previously reported, a dam broke in the Orenburg region.

On April 4, a state of emergency was introduced in the region. Two front loaders and four heavy loads of soil are working to strengthen the dam and eliminate the gust. The gathering place for the evacuation of residents is Krainaya Street, the ministry reported. The head of the department’s main rescue teams has sent employees to the region to combat the flood.
