For preventive purposes, door-to-door visits are carried out and residents are evacuated from a possible flood zone to temporary accommodation centers. The gathering place for the evacuation of residents is Krainaya Street,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

As TASS previously reported, a dam broke in Orsk.

On April 5, the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, sent employees of the department’s main rescue teams to the Orenburg region to combat the flood.
