The governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, arrived at the scene of the incident. The shooting and fire occurred on the evening of March 22, before the concert of the Picnic group. The incident was reported on the ministry’s Telegram channel. The hotline for psychological support is 8-800-600-31-14.
