Psychologists work around the clock, taking calls from landline and mobile phones free of charge and anonymously.
On the evening of March 22, a shooting and fire occurred in Crocus City Hall before the concert of the Picnic group. The governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, arrived at the scene of the incident.
