The Ministry of Education announced 24 new undergraduate majors to strengthen cross-integration. A total of 1,456 registered majors and 217 approved majors were added, including 160 nationally controlled majors and 57 new majors outside the catalog.
46 majors were adjusted in degree award categories or years of study. The majors registered, approved and adjusted this time will be included in the 2024 undergraduate enrollment plans of relevant universities. The addition, withdrawal, and adjustment of a total of 3,389 professional points were involved, the largest number in history.
