The draft law was published on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts. The bill proposes not to count into the period of military service the time of unauthorized leaving of a military unit.
The initiative will make it possible to quickly respond to negative phenomena in the military collective not only during mobilization or martial law, but also in peacetime, the authors of the bill note. The draft law is expected to be approved by the Russian parliament in the coming days. It is expected that the bill will be passed by the end of the month.
