The draft law was published on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
“The bill proposes not to count into the period of military service the time of unauthorized leaving of a military unit or a place of military service established outside a military unit, regardless of the reasons for leaving, lasting more than two days instead of ten days at present,” the explanatory note says.
The initiative will make it possible to quickly respond to negative phenomena in the military collective not only during mobilization or martial law, but also in peacetime, the authors of the bill note.
