Honored Lawyer of Russia Ivan Solovyov spoke to RT. He said he threatens returning stars who spread fake news about the Armed Forces.
He recalled Article 280.3 of the Russian Criminal Code, which provides for liability for public actions aimed at discrediting the Russian Armed forces. For these illegal actions, liability arises in the form of a fine in the amount of 100 to 300 thousand rubles, or forced labor for up to 3 years, or arrest for a period of 4 to 6 months.
